Refund policy

Pre-Order Cancellations Cancel within 24 hours of ordering, before production starts, by emailing missfirejewellery@gmail.com. Once production has begun we can't offer a change-of-mind refund — materials and labour are already committed. Faulty or Damaged Items Covered by guarantees that can't be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Email us within 14 days of receiving a faulty or damaged piece with photos, and we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. Contact: missfirejewellery@gmail.com
